And so I shall begin with Pasha's birthday, July 8th. Pasha turned 11 that day. The hot, then cold, wet, then dry summer we've had before and since was apparent this day, with the weather being cool and windy. But we found a calm area at the front of the house under a canopy of grapes to shelter the party. We had burgers and fries and corn and Coke and various other things that kids like. Seems kids always go for the same stuff no matter where you are. The main event had just wrapped up and we were leaving the kids to play when the festivities were interrupted by a massive thunderstorm, driving adults and children alike indoors. Yet overall, the weather held up better than we expected.<br /></p><p><br />Here are some photos of the event.<br /></p><p><br />On Edit.
